- Review of an organization’s existing development program to evaluate and recommend next steps for growth, including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive review and evaluation of existing development materials
- On-site visit includes interviews of leadership team members, finance officer, development staff, development advisory board members, select donors, select organizational members and other significant constituents
